Talk It Out
It's not okay to keep it inside.
Mental problem is a very common problem faced by people of all age groups. In India, though, it is less spoken of. Like many "taboo" things, depression or anxiety here is one. People are labelled "psycho" or "mad" for visiting a psychiatrist. We are ashamed due to so and don't let our feelings out to the outer world. Recent studies say, only 10% to 16% people facing depression receive proper medical attention. Many of us don't even consider talking to our close friends or relatives. If talked about in the early stage, we could save our lives and mental health from anxiety or depression that might force us to end our lives. With baby steps, such as contacting friends or relatives, followed by mental peacefulness excercises, we can fight mental problems like chronic depression and live a better life ahead.
I've said before, let's make self- happiness a priority!
